Sanjeev Sharma, founder and CEO of Swaayatt Robots, received the Leading 40 Under 40 Data Scientists in India award, at the Machine Learning Developers Summit 2019, in Bangalore on 31st January.This award recognized his research in autonomous driving technology over the past 4 years, which enabled autonomous driving on Indian roads — world’s toughest test ground for autonomous driving.
Sanjeev Sharma / Swaayatt Robots won the National Pitch Perfect competition at the CII India Innovation Summit 2018, in Bengaluru (July 12 – 13, 2018), Sanjeev presented Swaayatt’s self-driving technology and the business plan and received a grant of INR 1 Lakh from Axilor ventures.

Sanjeev Sharma (Founder, Swaayatt Robots) was invited for a Guest Talk on "Reinforcement Learning and Application in Autonomous Driving", where he covered basic introduction to RL and Deep RL, along with examples from our autonomous driving research, wherever possible. The talk was part of Faculty Development Program, and sponsored by AICTE, and Sanjeev was invited to give this talk by Dr. Ashish Sahani.
